What this site collects

This website collects personal information in two places:

The table reservation form. Your name, phone number, party size, date and time, and optionally your email address and a note (for example a birthday or an allergy). There is also an optional box to receive occasional offers.

The events and bulk order enquiry form on our events & catering page. Your name, email, phone number, company or organisation, the date, headcount, dietary split and details of the occasion.

If you message or call us on WhatsApp or phone, we see your number and what you send us.

Why we collect it

To confirm and manage your reservation, to send your booking details and the online booking offer code by email if you give us an address, and to reply to and quote for event and bulk order enquiries. If you tick the offers box, we will also send occasional news and offers from Grata Bakehouse.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, and to measure our Google advertising. This uses cookies and similar storage in your browser, and records things like the pages you visit, the buttons you tap (for example Reserve, Directions or Call) and the campaign that brought you here.

Your browser also keeps a note of that campaign (for example which ad or link you came from) for up to 90 days, and it is attached to a reservation or enquiry so we know which of our marketing is working. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time.

Consent and unsubscribing

Offers are only sent if you tick the offers box on the reservation form. You can unsubscribe from any message we send, at any time, and we will stop contacting you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the services that run the site and send messages on our behalf (our website host and email delivery service) and, for usage data, Google Analytics and Google Ads. The details you type into our forms are not sent to advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and enquiry details for as long as we need them to serve you and keep ordinary business records, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw consent to offers at any time. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you are entitled to all of these. Contact us using the details below and we will act on it.
