What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
The only place this website collects personal information is the Grata Insider form. That form asks for a first name, phone number, email address, and optionally a birthday and your usual order. Nothing else on the site collects personal data.
To send the welcome reward, to send a birthday offer in the right week, and to let you know about new items and events. The optional “usual order” field is used only to make those messages more relevant.
The form requires you to tick a consent box before submitting. You can unsubscribe from any message we send, at any time, and we will stop contacting you. Unsubscribing does not cancel a reward you have already claimed.
Nobody, except the service that actually sends the email on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you are entitled to all three.
