Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and prepared.
  • If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
    Cancellations may be accepted only if preparation has not started.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in cases of:
    • Order not prepared due to operational issues
    • Incorrect item provided
    • Quality issues reported at the time of pickup
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No Refunds

  • Missed pickups
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability
