Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and prepared.
- If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Cancellations may be accepted only if preparation has not started.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in cases of:
- Order not prepared due to operational issues
- Incorrect item provided
- Quality issues reported at the time of pickup
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No Refunds
- Missed pickups
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by customer unavailability
